The dowels complement concealed beam hangers ETNM, TU, TUB, TUBS and CBH. They are also used to fasten concealed post bases.

Installation

The hole is pre-drilled with a diameter less than or equal to the nominal dowel diameter.
Chamfers make it easier to insert the elements into the wood.

The dowels contribute to the load bearing capacity of our connectors. Please follow the installation recommendations given in our ETAs: ETA-07/0245 (Concealed beam hangers) and ETA-07/0285 (Post bases).
