Heavy duty post bases
The post bases PISB are able to support characteristic downloads up to 12 tonnes. It can also take uplift thanks to the vertical plate. It must be fixed on concrete plot.

** The published characteristic capacity is based on medium term load duration and service class 3 according to EC5 (EN 1995). For other load duration and service class, please refer to the ETA to get more accurate capacities.

Timber Post :
- 4 dowels STD 8.
Concrete plot :
- Chemical anchor : résine AT-HP + Threaded rod LMAS M16-170/20.
- Mechanical anchor : 2 WA M12-109/10.
Installation
Partie haute :
- Réaliser une entaille verticale en âme du poteau (largeur en fonction de l’épaisseur de l’âme),
- Identifier la position des broches (ou boulons) sur les flancs du poteau,
- Percer transversalement le poteau pour y insérer les broches. (diamètre de perçage en fonction du diamètre de la broche)
- Positionner le pied de poteau en âme et insérer les broches.
Partie basse :
- Positionner le poteau verticalement dans la structure.
- Identifier la position des ancrages au sol sur le support.
- Percer le support verticalement au diamètre et à la profondeur préconisé pour les fixations choisies.
- Fixer la platine inférieure au sol à l’aide de chevilles d’ancrages sélectionnées.
