Making a statically relevant connection on the narrow side of a square timber is not easy in terms of the edge distances to be complied with. In the case of a threshold connection, the height compensation layer as well as a planking in front of it make it more difficult. In keeping with the two-part tie rods, this problem is certainly solved with the new two-piece shear angle SC2P. The SC2P consists of two different angle connectors, one angle of which is pre-assembled at the factory and the second angle is connected to the first on the construction site.
