Holdown anchor

HD3B is used to transfer tensile forces through the floors, to anchor purlins into masonry or concrete. The regulatory distance from the bolt to the edge of the wood is given by the height E1. Manufactured without weld, which guarantees better performance.

Concrete substrate:

Mechanical anchor: WA M16-110/5 pins.
Chemical anchor: AT-HP resin + LMAS M16-170/20 threaded rod.

Installation

Use all the specified fasteners. The drill hole clearance in the wood for bolts must be limited to 1 mm.
Use washers for nut on wood assemblies.
In the case of backed elements, the two pieces must be nailed together to act as a single piece.
